The Annual Plenum Meeting was held at NLR in Amsterdam on 12th September 2007. More than 60 participants, representing all participants were present. The purpose of the meeting was to make decisions of contractual relevance through a consortium majority of votes and to review the progress of work on the project - internally by the consortium and - externally by the EC Project Officer accompanied by two expert reviewers. Workpackage and Task Leaders presented to the Plenum achievements on particular tasks for the first project year.

Despite certain delay on several tasks the Project Officer and expert reviewers assessed positively the work done for the first project year and gave the CESAR consortium recommendations for the next period.
